Help with your account, learning, purchases, notifications, and technical issues.

To help us investigate a technical issue, include your device model, iOS or Android version, Pratfoundy app version, what you expected to happen, and any error message. You may attach a screenshot, but never send your password, authentication codes, or payment-card details.
Account help
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to request a password-reset link. If an email confirmation or reset link does not open the app automatically, open it on the same device where Pratfoundy is installed and use the page's manual Open Pratfoundy button.
For account deletion, follow the instructions on the Delete account page.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use Restore purchases in the Pratfoundy Store when an eligible purchase is not recognized. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.
Deleting your Pratfoundy account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Learning notifications
You can turn learning notifications on or off in Pratfoundy Settings and in your device notification settings. Notifications are optional and do not affect access to lessons.
