Delete account

Request deletion in the app

1. Open Pratfoundy and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account → Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and select Send request.

The app confirms when your request has been received. We review submitted requests and normally complete deletion within 14 days. Your account may remain accessible during the review period.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@pratfoundy.app from the address associated with your account. State that you want to delete your Pratfoundy account. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect the account.

What deletion covers

Completed deletion removes the account and associated profile, avatar, learning progress, activity, badges, notification devices and preferences, account-linked delivery records, feedback, and other account-linked records under our control.

Limited information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, or backup purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your account or uninstalling Pratfoundy does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it through the store account used for the purchase to prevent future renewal.
